Stratum Synergy Hydrofacial is an all-in-one management platform that uses the latest technologies:

1. HYDROMEDI™

The combination of the suction, turbulence and specially formulated solutions reaches down into the skin to unblock pores, remove blackheads, bacteria, spots and pustules, and generally carry pollutants away from the skin. This is then followed by a further stage to hydrate and nourish the skin, leaving it both refreshed, and rejuvenated.

There is no downtime and all skin types can be treated. Your skin will feel amazing! Deep cleansed and refreshed, with a smooth texture and a dewy hydration.

2. OXYNRICH™

OxyNrich™ exfoliates in a gentle way so is beneficial for those with more sensitive and mature skin.

This treatment uses a skin nourishment gel and a vibrational tip. At a carefully selected frequency, the tip gently exfoliates the skin and also produces minute C02 bubbles. These minute C02 bubbles penetrate into the skin and pop deep inside triggering the small blood capillaries to release more oxygen to rejuvenate the skin cells.

This process is known as the Bohr effect. This step stimulates cell metabolism, helping to create a stronger and healthier skin.

3. QUADPOLAR RF

Radiofrequency treatment causes the collagen in the skin to contract as it’s gently warmed to a comfortable 41˚C making this a relaxing treatment with immediate lifting results.

The radiofrequency helps collagen and elastin fibres to recover their lost tone as the number of fibres increases. Stimulation of the local microcirculation also improves lymphatic drainage.

4. ULTRA+SERUM™

A superb relaxing treatment using a combination of ultrasound and clinical grade skin products. Ultra+Serum™ is used at the end of any combination of Stratum Synergy treatments.

It works by the ultrasound creating microscopic gaps between the skin cells and disruption of the surface tension of the active serum produces micro droplets. These micro droplets are able to then penetrate into the skin to nourish and hydrate the skin.

The serum used contains a potent mixture of nutrients for the skin cells, these include hyaluronic acid, Vitamins C, E, B3, B5 and Ferulic acid. Ferulic acid prolongs the antioxidant effect of the Vitamin C & E making this a treatment that keeps on working long after you’ve left the clinic.

Synergy protocols have been created to offer treatments for specific skin concerns and areas. These protocols utilise a combination of two to four Stratum Synergy platforms that are best suited to the skin issue and concern.

Are there any side effects?

The Stratum Synergy has minimal side effects and downtime post-treatment. There may be some mild redness which will subside within a few hours – the degree of redness will vary from one individual to another.

Treatment will only be carried out following a thorough consultation to ensure this treatment is appropriate for you. This allows side effects to be discussed in detail before treatment is commenced.

How long do results last?

Although your skin will appear dewy and glowy following a Stratum Synergy HydroMedi facial, it is intended to improve skin’s appearance over time. For maximum results, we recommend treatment every 4-6 weeks.
